Kerry grew up in the small town of Hilton in the Kwazulu Natal Midlands. She then attended Rhodes University in the Eastern Cape for five years, obtaining two degrees and a Postgraduate Diploma in Enterprise Management. Thereafter she travelled and worked in the UK for one year.
Kerry’s passion for wildlife and filming, drew her to her next adventure as concession manageress for a safari outfit in the Niassa Reserve, Northern Mozambique. She lived and worked in this remote region for one year before joining the DCVP team. During these years she has had the fortune of working and travelling in various areas of Zimbabwe, Mozambique, Botswana, Tanzania, Zambia, Central African Republic, South Africa, Azerbaijan and Tajikistan.
Kerry became part of the management team for DCVP in mid-2008. Her hobbies include photography, oil painting, and outdoor activities such as hiking, fishing and camping.
